Weaver updated to 1.3, new content added

I updated Weaver for 1.3 version. Changes that have been made include:
- New level up bar
- Player level indicator at the top left
- After you reach level 10, rocks begin to fall from atop. Be careful!

This will most likely be the last update for Weaver for a while if not ever. I really should explore different game design ideas and not just tweak the same tiny little game forever. Thank you for playing!
