Sandscan updated to 1.1, sound effects and a bit of polish

First post-launch update includes a few improvements and fixes:

- Added sound effects for car and shop
- Added tire tracks graphics
- Slightly changed player sprite
- Fixed a visual bug which showed starting money as 0 even though technically player has 50 in their pocket at the beginning
